Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,614 per week in Saint Louis, MO

Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years Telemetry License: Current RN License in the state Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only, NIHSS preferred Must-Have: Team player, superior communication skills, focus on positive patient outcomes Description: Perform direct patient care activities for all age groups. Conduct assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient comfort. Function within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with established guidelines of nursing practice. Adhere to the nursing practice standards and the applicable codes of conduct. Work collaboratively with a care team to provide comprehensive medical care. Be available for orientation and work the entire week. The role may require working weekends and at least one of the major winter holidays. Engage in a fast-paced environment with a high patient care focus. Participate in maintaining safety and comfort for all patients.
