Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,643 per week in Memphis, TN

Job Title: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent experience in this specialty License: Active RN license in the state or a compact RN license that complies with NLC guidelines Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Level I or Level II Trauma Experience required Large hospital experience preferred Description: We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team. This position will involve working 4x12 hour shifts during the day. The nurse will provide care for a diverse patient population including adults and geriatrics. The patient ratio is typically 1:7 with team nursing support. Experience in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias is essential. Candidates with prior charge experience are preferred. Interdisciplinary support will be available from various professional teams. The nurse may float between like units as needed. Weekend and on-call coverage may be required as per unit needs. All time off requests must be specified at the time of submission. COVID-19 vaccination is not required, but Flu vaccination is mandatory without exemptions. Candidates must have completed at least one prior travel assignment. EPIC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
