Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg / Telemetry- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care
- Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Perform patient assessment, triage, education, and various other nursing interventions
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of patient care along the continuum of care
- Demonstrate nursing competence within the full scope of expertise and knowledge
