Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,675 per week in Columbia, SC

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Long-Term Acute Care Medical/Telemetry – South Carolina

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Columbia, South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekends supported by rotating on-call coverage among team members. On-call responsibilities rotate after 5pm daily and on weekends with primary and backup staff.

• 4:1 patient ratio across all shifts with average daily census of 15 patients
• Contract options available for 13 or 26 weeks
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, and Pharmacy
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Orientation scheduled weekly with reimbursement for up to 16 hours of pre-assignment modules

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Telemetry experience required
• Active RN license in good standing
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Neurological nursing experience required
• LTAC experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
• Proficiency in complex wound care, tracheostomy care/management, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Must reside 100+ miles from facility location to qualify for this travel opportunity
