Required Qualifications
1 year combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for
Experience should be recent; preferably within one location
Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact license in hand
BLS – AHA or American Red Cross
ACLS
NIHSS
All certifications must be active and in hand at submission
1 manager/ANM/supervisor/director reference from the specialty applying for
Must be from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
Coworker references are not accepted
Vaccination

Nurses and CSTs are currently exempt from the nicotine-free requirement
