Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• 2+ years of recent acute care Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips
• Successful completion of dysrhythmia and medication testing during onboarding
• Strong acute care assessment, prioritization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical Telemetry float pool environment
• Monitor, assess, and interpret cardiac rhythms independently
• Administer medications and support safe, timely clinical interventions
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality nursing care
• Float as needed within assignment requirements
• Document patient care accurately in Epic
• Support patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes throughout each shift
