Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,794 per week in Middlebury, VT

**Exciting Opportunity for MS Tele RN Travelers!** **Job Description:** - **MUST START WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK** - **Licensure:** License on file at the time of submission required! - **Travel Rates:** - **Travel:** 101 miles+ - **Radius:** 51-100 miles - **Local:** 50 miles or less - **Schedule Requirements:** - Minimum of every other weekend - Schedule may be adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs - Floating is not required - Must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day - **Qualifications:** - Prior travel experience required - Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS (NIHSS must be completed prior to start) - Minimum of 2 years of MS Tele experience required; Progressive care experience preferred - EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable - **Additional Information:** - IVS to OFFER - Availability: Monday to Sunday - No block schedules allowed - Bi-weekly orientations on Monday - Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained - Complete all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) for submission - **Disclaimers:** - Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area, reliable transportation is a must - Personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November – April **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
