Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,825 per week in Tucson, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 24 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1.5 years MS/Tele experience required. License: Valid RN license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required. Must-Have: Open book EKG test required. 1.5 years MS/Tele experience required. Experience with a patient ratio of 1:6 required. EPIC experience required. Must have ratings of 3-4 in all required skills. Description: Auto offer with minimal time off. ASAP start and weekly orientation. Shorter contracts will be accepted. Required to float to a sister facility located nearby. 12 weekend shifts per contract with coverage every other weekend. Unit cares for patients with a variety of diagnoses including infectious diseases, hospice/palliative care, oncology, cardiac acute care, post-surgical care, bariatric, urological, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Patients may be telemetry monitored remotely. The unit consists of 8-39 beds, depending on unit needs. Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary services. Required to be agreeable to floating as needed. Candidates must possess specific skills including accessing and managing ports, blood product administration, chest tube care, and telemetry monitoring. Travel and experience in a similar role are required. Must have a rating of 3-4 in all required skills. Blocked scheduling will not be accommodated.
