RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Pikeville, Kentucky.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Provided direct care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
  • Monitored vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in patient condition.
  • Administered medications, IV therapy, and treatments safely.
  • Performed assessments, wound care, catheter care, and other nursing interventions.
  • Collaborated with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Educated patients and families and provided discharge instructions.
  • Maintained accurate EMR documentation and followed infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
