Patient population: Respiratory, COPD, chest pain, CIWA, observation/stress-test patients, and general medical patients
Charge nurse available each shift
CNA/PCT ratio: 1:17
Virtual telemonitoring; RNs must interpret and confirm rhythms
GE telemetry monitors
EPIC charting
SCHEDULING:
Weekend: 5–6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
Holidays: Required
Block scheduling for 3 consecutive night shifts can be accommodated
No typical call/standby requirement for travelers
Floating required across all 3 campuses
ORIENTATION: 3 shifts — one at each campus SCRUBS: Navy blue; not provided CANCELLATION: Up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
