Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $3,103 per week in Beachwood, OH

Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN – Ohio

Start Date: September 25, 2026

Location: Beachwood, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, four 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required
• Active Ohio nursing license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be active at submission)
• NIHSS certification required
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months (co-worker references will not be accepted)
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Clear background check with no open cases
• Clean license history with no disciplinary actions
• Negative drug screen required within 12 months of start date
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
