Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Northeast Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, 7:30 PM – 7:00 AM. Flexible scheduling options available including 4x12, 3x12, or 2x12 configurations. Contract duration of 13-18 weeks to provide winter coverage.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of application (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 12 months permanent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (must be active at submission)
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date
• One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN in MS/Telemetry specialty (within past 12 months)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Background clearance with no open cases; no license infractions
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of contract signing
