Job Summary:
The contract position is for a Medical Surgical with Telemetry registered nurse at a healthcare facility located in Show Low, Arizona. This role involves night shifts providing patient care on a 24-bed unit. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience, holding current licensure and certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

Job Details:

• Position: Medical Surgical with Telemetry
• Location: Show Low, Arizona
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current nursing license, BLS certification, ACLS certification, NIHSS certification, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ability to read neuro, cardiac, post-op, orthopedic, and respiratory strips
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro and cardiac patient care, proficiency in reading strips, neuro, cardiac, post-op, orthopedic, respiratory; ability to work longer contracts through holidays
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Willingness to do 36 or 48-hour shifts; longer contracts available to cover holiday periods; start date is 08/31/2026; experience with reading strips in neuro, cardiac, post-op, orthopedic, respiratory is essential; must have a valid license and current certifications.
