Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $3,289 per week in Cleveland, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission. Certifications: Active ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required at the time of submission. Must-Have: One reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for is required for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Required certifications need to be active and in hand at time of submission. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Medical/Surgical/Tele specialty. The job is a 13-week contract with day shifts working 12 hours per shift. Candidates must have previous charge experience. Experience with patient ratios is preferred. Charting system experience is needed. Candidates must have experience in a community hospital setting. LTAC and trauma experience is preferred but not required. Travel experience is a plus. The facility requires the COVID-19 vaccine, with medical or religious exemptions permitted. A flu vaccine is also required, with medical or religious exemptions allowed. Background checks will be conducted, and any open cases will result in disqualification. Candidates must be nicotine-free unless exempt. Drug screening may be required annually. Candidates must complete necessary requirements within specific timelines. Extensions are allowed for a period of 18 months, followed by a required break. Annual hands-on competency requirements must be met for continuous employment. Modules are required pre-start and annually, with billable hours applicable.
