Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $660-$690
• Specialty: Medical Surgical Telemetry
• Schedule: Per diem; minimum commitment of 2 shifts per month
• Hours: 12 hours per week

• Duration: 52-week assignment
• Work Setting: On-site float pool role

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant acute care setting
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Ability to work effectively in a float pool environment
• Flu immunization required unless a valid medical exemption is provided

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult patients in Medical Surgical Telemetry settings
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including telemetry findings
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective patient care
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate concerns as appropriate
• Float as needed to support patient care operations within assigned competencies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote a professional, patient-centered care environment at all times
