Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
- Active, permanent Ohio RN license in hand at time of submission; compact state licenses accepted
- Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- No open licensing or background case hits; all required certifications must be active with nothing pending
- Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from assignments within the past 12 months required
Preferred Experience / Skills- 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single location preferred
- Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition assessments
