Travel: RN Med Surg (3x12's - Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, 3x12's) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit serving general adult acute care patients
• Manage a patient assignment within a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio on an 18-bed unit
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation, order management, and patient records
• Rotate every other weekend and holiday as required by unit scheduling
• Adhere to facility dress code, wearing navy blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — West Virginia state license or compact license required
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA)
• WV Cares certification (or documented status)
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR — required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry (Med Surg/Tele) nursing
• Familiarity with adult acute care patient populations
