Travel RN – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Night Shift)

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights | 36 Hours Per Week | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 56-bed Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess general Med/Surg Telemetry patients, maintaining patient ratios of 1:5–6 on nights
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
- Float to other Med/Surg units as needed based on staffing requirements
- Fulfill call shift obligations as required (2 twelve-hour call shifts over the 13-week contract)
- Complete all required facility education modules through the LMS system
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience, including prior travel nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Availability for a September 2026 start date and ability to complete the full 13-week contract
- Proficiency or ability to work within Epic EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Current ACLS certification
- Strong team-oriented, accountable, and hardworking professional demeanor
