Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients meeting Medicine or Medical Telemetry admission criteria
• Monitor and assess patient conditions in a Med Surg Telemetry setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg Telemetry experience required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association
• 1–2 years of Med Surg or Telemetry experience
