Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
Document hours worked using the designated time-tracking platform
Complete required pre-start and annual facility modules within designated timelines
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
Active permanent Ohio RN license or active Compact state license in hand at time of submission
Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification in hand at time of submission
Active AHA or American Red Cross ACLS certification in hand at time of submission
Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility location
Prior travel nursing experience with familiarity of compliance-driven onboarding processes
Experience with ECG rhythm interpretation in an acute care setting
