Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry in Concord, MA

Contract | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend | Every other holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a MedSurg/Telemetry unit with a strong focus on telemetry monitoring and neurological assessment
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech electronic health records system
• Float to similar units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Participate in orientation activities, including a telemetry competency assessment on the first day of orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association) required
• Minimum 2 years of MedSurg/Telemetry nursing experience required
• Strong telemetry and neuro experience required
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to similar acute care units
• Strong neurological assessment skills
