Contract | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend and every other holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to facility protocols, infection control standards, and safety guidelines throughout each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required (American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of prior Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience required
• Telemetry experience required; telemetry assessment administered on first day of orientation
• Meditech EMR experience required
• 2024/2025 Flu vaccine required prior to start
• Travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in fast-paced acute care environments
• Strong critical thinking and telemetry interpretation skills
