Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical and Telemetry units within a short-term acute care facility
• Float between two MS/Tele units and other units based on census and skill needs
• Administer medications in accordance with facility patient safety standards, including BCMA protocols
• Monitor and assess telemetry patients, responding appropriately to changes in condition
• Utilize Liko lifts and standard med/surg telemetry equipment as part of routine patient care
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or a valid compact nursing license (pending submissions accepted)
• BLS certification – required
• ACLS certification – required
• NIHSS certification – required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry
• Must be open to floating where most needed, including to other units or nearby affiliate facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ICU or PCU experience in addition to MS/Tele background
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Well-rounded clinical background with comfort working in a flex pool environment
