Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend and Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic electronic health records system
• Float within scope of practice to other units or sister facilities as needed to meet staffing demands
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in applicable state (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Completed EKG Course / Telemetry competency test
• NIHSS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Experience floating across multiple units or facility campuses
• Strong telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
