Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Rotate weekends as part of a self-scheduling model
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including to other campuses within the system as needed
• May float to IMCU as required by unit staffing needs
• Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oklahoma (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility to be eligible — local travelers are not accepted
• No more than 5 days of requested time off per 13-week contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Experience in an IMCU or step-down setting is a plus
• Comfort with floating to varied units and settings within scope of practice
