Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as part of a float pool assignment
• Float to Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Rehabilitation units as needed
• Deliver care in compliance with facility protocols, including potential care for COVID-positive patients
• Adhere to holiday work requirements as outlined in contract terms
• Complete required facility onboarding modules prior to start date
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with no license hits accepted
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• BLS certification required – AHA or ARC only
• EPIC charting experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard contract rate
• Willingness to work in a tobacco-free and fragrance-free environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a float pool or multi-unit setting
• Experience with Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Acute Rehabilitation patient populations
• Strong proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
