Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every 3rd Weekend Required | Holidays as Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an inpatient rehabilitation department, including specialized care for patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injuries, neurological diagnoses, and generalized debility
• Perform clinical skills including vital signs, dressing changes, aseptic/sterile procedure tray setup, phlebotomy, capillary blood draws, and specimen labeling and collection
• Conduct medication reconciliation, interpretation of laboratory results, and patient health questionnaire and allergy history documentation
• Handle telephone triage and pharmacy calls including patient refill requests
• Float between all health system campuses as needed
• All RNs must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience — first-time travelers will not be considered
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible; current driver's license required to verify address
• No open background check cases permitted; third-party education verification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Acute Care Rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Experience caring for post-stroke, post-aneurysm, or post-operative surgical rehabilitation patients
• Familiarity with neurological patient populations including spinal cord injury and acquired brain injury
