Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights available, 3x12-hour shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
• Complete pre-start modules and orientation requirements prior to entering the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• ACLS certification required (AHA only)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Must be available to work every other holiday
• Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
• Straight night shift availability preferred
