Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Neuro Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient assignment ratio of 1:4
• Float between units as needed based on staffing and patient census
• Work a rotating schedule that includes 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Participate in holiday coverage, committing to 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing
• Ability to commit to contracted schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify under travel contract terms

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Neuro Telemetry or step-down unit setting
• Familiarity with Level II Trauma Center environments
• Experience working in a large acute care hospital (300+ beds)
