Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care, Level I Trauma Center setting
• Operate within a team nursing model, collaborating with LPNs and medication nurses to manage shared patient caseloads
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed
• Adhere to unit-specific protocols and compliance standards throughout the duration of the assignment
• Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as operationally required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical or Telemetry RN experience (strictly enforced)
• At least 1 prior completed travel nursing assignment required
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler (strictly enforced)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent experience in the specialty
• EPIC electronic health records experience
• 5 or more years of specialty experience for first-time travelers (first-time travelers are generally not accepted otherwise)
