    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Omaha, Nebraska, 68105!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

    Location

    Omaha, NE

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | 36 or 48 hours per week options available | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry units within a large, acute-care hospital setting
    • Administer and manage IV drips as required across all assigned floors
    • Float within scope to various units and potentially to a sister campus location to meet staffing needs
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including CNAs, care techs, transport team, paramedics, and LPNs where assigned
    • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using EPIC electronic health records
    • Fulfill weekend shift requirements (Friday night and Saturday night for night shift) and work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active or pending Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska (pending license accepted; if not in hand at time of submission, start date will be scheduled six weeks out)
    • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a large, urban hospital setting
    • BLS certification required
    • Proficiency with EPIC charting required
    • Ability to manage IV drips independently
    • Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • ACLS certification strongly preferred
    • Experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center
    • Background in specialty areas such as Neuroscience, Oncology, Trauma, Cardiac, Orthopedics, or Solid Organ Transplant
