Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit with a primary focus on GYN, bariatric, and ENT post-operative patients
• Adapt to varying nurse-to-patient ratios (ranging from 1:3 to 1:6) based on unit census
• Float to ICU or Med/Surg units as needed to fulfill appropriate Med/Surg assignments
• Maintain flexibility in patient care approach given the varied and evolving surgical and GYN patient population
• Fulfill every-other-weekend and holiday rotation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania or compact license eligibility
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to float between units and manage diverse patient assignments
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and assigned holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Experience with GYN, bariatric, or ENT post-operative patient populations
• Comfort working in a small unit environment (6-bed unit)
