Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical / Telemetry units within an acute care hospital setting
• Float to other MS/Tele units as needed to meet facility staffing requirements
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner electronic health records
• Adhere to facility dress code and compliance standards throughout the assignment
• Complete required orientation modules as assigned during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid RN state license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must have been separated from this facility for at least 1 year if previously employed there
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Magnet-designated, teaching, or Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic float environment across multiple MS/Tele units
