Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Contract | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 shifts available
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 50-bed Med-Surg / Telemetry / Intermediate Care Unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Maintain a patient assignment ratio of up to 6:1
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across affiliated facilities to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Massachusetts
- Nursing degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience preferred, with telemetry experience required
- Candidates must reside outside of a 90-mile radius from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Med-Surg / Telemetry or Intermediate Care setting
- Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations and intermediate care workflows
