Schedule: Fast-paced critical care unit with 30-bed capacity
Highlights:
Specialized Medical ICU caring for complex patients with sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, and COPD
Diverse case mix including chronic kidney disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, alcohol and substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy
Experience with ventilator management and arterial lines required
Dynamic, fast-paced environment offering continuous learning and skill development
Opportunity to work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team in a high-acuity setting
13-week contract with potential for extension
Requirements:
Active RN license in Georgia (or compact state eligible)
Minimum 3 years of Medical ICU experience required
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
Demonstrated proficiency with ventilator management and arterial line management
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity settings
