Travel Nurse RN - Medical Intensive Care Unit - $2,251 per week in Columbus, OH

Job Opportunity – Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating day/night schedule (4 weeks days, 4 weeks nights), every other weekend required, no on-call

Highlights:

• MICU position with structured 4-week rotation between day and night shifts

• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 2 years of MICU or critical care experience

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Epic charting system experience required
• Graduation from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Clinical skills: ventilator management, care of ventilated patients, continuous IV sedation, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
• Two professional references required (at least one from manager/director or formal leadership role)
• COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process immediately upon contract signing
