Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN - Med Surg
Provide acute care to patients in a 29-bed unit
Work collaboratively with day shift staff including 1 charge, 2 RN, 2 LVN, 2 Techs, and 1 HUC
Handle a typical patient ratio of 6:1
Perform procedures such as abdominal fluid removal and central line placement
Use Meditech EMR for patient documentation and reporting
Requirements of the Travel RN - Med Surg
Valid RN license
BLS certification
Experience in acute care settings
