Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,724 per week in Harvey, IL

The nurse will be responsible for providing care to adult and geriatric patients. The patient ratio is 1 nurse to 6 patients. The nurse will manage all aspects of tracheostomy care and management. They will oversee critical patient care including the administration of blood products and IV management. The role requires knowledge and experience in handling dysrhythmias and oxygen management. The nurse will provide post-operative care for various surgical procedures. Floating to other units may be required as needed. Every other weekend is required for this position. The facility supports an interdisciplinary approach, collaborating with various specialists. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred. Candidates who have less than 2 years of experience will be considered. The nurse should be able to perform assessments, initiate care plans, and document patient progress accurately.
