Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,727 per week in Harvey, IL

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Must have RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Previous experience with a patient ratio of 1:6 Experience using the Epic charting system Description: The RN is responsible for all aspects of tracheostomy care and management. Nasal cannula and oxygen administration skills are essential. The ability to manage and interpret dysrhythmias is required. The position requires floating to other units as needed. Every other weekend shifts are mandatory. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. No block scheduling accommodations are available. The candidate must not have prior license hits. Modules must be completed during orientation and are non-billable. No requests for time off are allowed during the first or last week of the contract. Level 1 trauma experience is preferred for this role. All candidates must maintain current state or national certifications where applicable.
