Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,738 per week in Salt Lake City, UT

Description: Responsible for providing patient care in a med-surg environment. The unit has 34 beds and a team of 60 staff members. Handles a patient ratio of 1:6. On-call requirements are twice per contract. Weekend shifts are expected, with 4 weekends per schedule every other week. Typical procedures performed include Foley insertion and central line dressing changes. Charge nurse experience is preferred. Candidates should be flexible and organized. The unit operates under specific guidelines and policies relevant to a mixed med-surg environment.
