Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,738 per week in Salt Lake City, UT

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, NIH Must-Have: - Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. - Bladder scanner, Welch Allyn vitals, vein finder, EMR Epic experience. Description: Facility is a Med Surg unit with 34 beds. The unit staff consists of 60 members. Day shift includes 1 charge RN, 7 RNs, and 3 techs. Night shift includes 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, and 3 techs. Patient ratios are 1:6. On-call requirements are twice per contract. Weekend requirements include 4 weekend shifts per schedule (every other week). Candidates should have Foley insertion and central line dressing change experience. The ideal candidate should be flexible and organized. Floating may occur to all Med Surg units in-house. Dress code is Caribbean blue scrubs. This is a mixed Med Surg unit with weekend and on-call responsibilities. Weekends for night shifts are Friday and Saturday nights. There are 3 positions available.
