Location: Decatur, TX

Pay: $2008.80 weekly

Shifts: Weekend shifts are required

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Decatur, TX. This role will allow the successful candidate to work in a dynamic environment where team orientation and flexibility are highly valued. The position involves working with a robust team on the 4th and 5th floors, each equipped with specialized medical equipment such as remote telemetry and Alaris IV pumps.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
  • Provide direct patient care in Med Surg settings with a patient ratio of 5:1 or 6:1
  • Coordinate and manage remote telemetry and capnography equipment
  • Perform procedures such as cholecystectomy, appendectomy, and orthopedic trauma repairs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient outcomes
  • Adhere to all policies and guidelines of the Med Surg unit

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
  • Current ACLS, BLS, NIHS certifications
  • Experience in Telemetry and Med Surg
  • Ability to float to Inpatient rehab, ED, PCU as needed
  • Preferred: Cardiac recognition and IV start skills
