Staffing includes clinical coordinators, unit secretaries, patient care technicians, and case management support. Equipment available includes walkers, IV pumps, and sequential compression devices. Documentation is conducted using Meditech. The scheduling requires four weekend shifts within a 28-day cycle and includes holiday rotation. Floating policies will apply based on unit rotation. Patient experience metrics target a minimum requirement of 72%, utilizing communication boards. This role encompasses providing comprehensive patient care and support.
