Schedule: Three full 12-hour shifts per week with 3-4 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling periodHighlights:- 30-bed cardiac medical-surgical unit with 1:6 patient ratio and dedicated charge nurse support- Manage cardiac drips including titrated medications (Cardizem, heparin) and non-titratable drips (dopamine, dobutamine, amiodarone)- Self-scheduling available with floating rotation among travel nurses- Meditech EMR documentation system with GE telemetry monitoring and portable WOWs- Unit features 12-lead EKG capability, telemetry airstrip, and modern Welch-Allen VS equipment- Highest scoring unit for inpatient medical-surgical employee satisfaction with 12 internal departmental awardsRequirements:- Active RN license- BLS and ACLS certification required- Telemetry certification- Medical-surgical experience with cardiac/telemetry knowledge- EKG rhythm identification proficiency- Familiarity with cardiac medications and drips- Meditech experience preferred- Must accept 48-hour guaranteeWhy It's a Great Opportunity:Join an award-winning cardiac medical-surgical team recognized for outstanding employee satisfaction and excellence in patient care.
