Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN - Med Surg - Travel to join a dynamic team in Chattanooga, TN. This position is based in a 30-bed cardiac unit, offering an exciting environment for cardiac care. As a travel nurse, you will enjoy diverse opportunities and experiences.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Manage chest tube and wound vac cases
- Administer EKGs as required
- Perform bedside and hourly rounding, ensuring the 5Ps are checked
- Collaborate with unit clerks, PCTs, Nursing Supervisors, and Hospitalists
- Utilize Meditech-HCA for documentation and the PyxisES system for medication dispensing
- Support floating across M/S areas, including general MS, Ortho, PCU, and M/S surgical with oncology
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- ACLS and BLS certification
- NIH certification (preferred)
- Experience with cardiac medications: Heparin, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, and Amiodarone drips
- Proficiency in telemetry, rhythm strip documentation, and the application process
