Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med-Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1-2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Med-Surg experience, ability to float, teamwork, and strong communication skills. Description: Founded in 1954 to meet the medical needs of the community. The facility consists of an 8-bed Cardiovascular ICU. There is an expanded Cardiac Rehab and Outpatient therapy department. The facility includes pre and post cardiac catheterization lab areas for three catheterization labs. Patient population includes a diverse mix of adult and geriatric patients. Candidate should possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills are required to manage patient care efficiently. A commitment to providing high-quality care is essential. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient status and managing care plans. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude and adaptability.
