Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,858 per week in Mequon, WI

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid RN License Certifications: NIH Certification, BLS Must-Have: Telemetry background required (ability to read telemetry). At least 2 years of medical/surgical experience. Experience with EPIC. Travel experience is preferred. No artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be trimmed short (1/4 inch). May need to float onsite within skill set or to locations within a 40-mile radius if required. Description: The position requires a registered nurse with a strong background in medical/surgical care. Candidates should possess the ability to read telemetry. At least two years of experience in a medical/surgical setting is necessary. Familiarity with the EPIC system is required. Travel experience is preferred. Candidates must adhere to grooming standards regarding nails. There may be a need to float to different sites as necessary.
