Unit staffing description includes: 1 clinical nurse coordinator, 7 nurses, 4 patient care technicians, and 1 unit coordinator per shift.
Type of equipment includes regular medical equipment for a medical-surgical unit.
Documentation system used is Meditech.
Scheduling requirements: 36 hours per week with rotating weekends.
Floating policy: Contract labor is the first to float to like units.
Patient experience requirements: 1+ years of experience in the specialty.
