Ability to make independent decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Maintains confidentiality. Description: Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as defined by professional and legal standards. Demonstrates competency through the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds standards of professional performance, including ethical practice and collaboration. Strives to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Provides evidence-based nursing care consistent with the interprofessional plan of care and in accordance with policies and regulatory standards.
