Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical – Colorado

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio with LPN support

Highlights:

• Specialized 18-20 bed Med/Surg unit focused on spine, wound care, and post-operative burn patients
• Collaborative night shift team including charge nurse, 3 nurses, 1 LPN, and 1-2 PCTs
• Work with specialized equipment including Hoyer lifts, wound vacs, and PCA pumps
• EMR: Meditech system
• Travel nursing assignment in a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Opportunity to apply advanced wound care and post-operative nursing skills

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Medical/Surgical experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Burn care experience preferred
• Wound care and ostomy care experience preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience with dressing changes and post-operative burn and flap patient care
